Robina State High School offers a unique learning environment where students are surrounded with opportunities to excel not only academically, but also in sporting, creative and civic domains.
These opportunities are created from their outstanding range of signature programs that include Japanese Immersion program, Futsal/football Excellence, Baseball Excellence, League for Life, Golf Excellence and Instrumental Music. Robina State High School also offers a range of programs to support high achievement: Academic Acceleration, Academic Excellence, the Kingfisher Scholastic Program and the Kingfisher Mentoring Program.
Student support is widely available at Robina State High School with three full-time international staff members plus qualified tutors offering English as an Additional Language/Dialect (EAL/D) support. Homework Club for all students, Monday to Thursday 3 – 4 in the school library. A teacher aide is available to work with students every day, and a specialist maths teacher is available for tutoring Thursday afternoons.
Robina High uses innovative timetabling so that Friday is a flexible lesson-free day for senior students.
